The Role


We are seeking a Mid/Senior level lawyer who will be working on a range of loans products across many varied clients within our General Bank/Fund Lending and Restructuring group, including general corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance, specialist and structured finance and corporate debt restructurings and workouts, advising both borrower and lender side.


Required experience, skills, and attributes


Technical Skills



  • Knowledge of loans, security, and inter-creditor market terms and issues.
  • Experience in investment grade, crossover, and/or leveraged corporate lending (syndicated, bilateral, unitranche, and/or club facilities) acting borrower and/or lender side, and/or experience in related loans products and sectors - real estate finance, infrastructure finance, ABL/receivables finance.
  • IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Organizational and transaction processing, delegation and supervision, teamwork.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to work quickly but accurately.
  • Ability to understand the broader context of and drivers behind a transaction whilst also achieving high attention to relevant details.
