What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst that is located in Swindon. This will be a hybrid role (3 days in the office/ 2 days WFH). In this role, you will support the development of new products including developing business case generation, extracting, consuming and digesting key intelligence on business and product performance, writing specifications and user stories for development items and supporting the Business Transformation Managers in their day to day activities. The right candidate will be fundamental to the success of this business area and across the business throughout. You will report directly to VP Product and Transformation and regularly collaborate with UK Core Product and Business Transformation Teams directly, indirectly with most areas of the business.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Evaluating and analysing data and activities, recommending areas of change that deliver business value
  • Implement a change management model that can be utilised across the business in all areas
  • Support the generation of Product and Transformational change business cases
  • Development requirements documentations, specifications and user stories for identified developments
  • Work with the process analyst to ensure process change is thoroughly mapped, documented and rolled out to stakeholders in a controlled manner
  • Develop and execute on UAT and performance test plans supporting change management
  • Outline and administer requisite training when needed and ensure training needs for new projects/products are met
  • Identify activities that can be supported in a POC model and support the build where applicable
  • Build influential relationships, both internally and externally through the effective management of stakeholders and customers
  • Implementation of our EV Solutions for Home, Work and On The Road
  • Execution of the core fuel product roadmap
  • Design and Implementation of a companywide change management process
  • Development of a process catalogue
  • Implementation of a Master Data framework


Qualifications & Skills

  • We do NOT sponsor employees. Must have permanent resident, citizen or Visa that allows you to work in the UK
  • Degree educated with a quantitative focus (Economics, Computer
  • Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics)
  • 5 years+ experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience in using LEAN, AGILE and PRINCE2 methodologies
  • Previous experience of delivering value from change management
  • Experience in common BI skills and tools, e.g. SQL, Tableau
  • Experience engaging in conceptual technical discussions with development resources and ability to detail technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience solving problems using data and providing business insights with experience driving operational improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills including active team player and strong relationship building skills
  • Operational analytics and process improvement experience
  • Experience with predictive or descriptive analytics and working with machine learning teams
  • Great communication skills and comfortable presenting and working C-level senior leadership on a regular basis
