We have a fantastic new Senior Communications & Engagement role with a global agency with a portfolio of clients in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods industries providing strategic counsel and change management programmes. This is a newly created role due to business growth.

They are looking for a Communications & Engagement Manager to join their team due to client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content and manage creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals
- Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs
- Liaise with internal studio teams such as; graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production and video post-production to manage asset creation from brief, creative to execution Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to ensure that campaigns are creative and engagement preference driven
- Research and understand key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments

Ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with internal communications platforms (e.g. Yammer, Sharepoint, MSTeams) Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including; SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including; Cvent, SpotMe and Power Virtual Agents (desirable)
