£65,000 – £85,000
My client is a leading law firm based in Oxford, with a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third-sector organisations.
Their highly regarded Corporate Department is seeking a 5+ years’ PQE Senior Corporate Solicitor to join the Partner-lead team.
The quality of work is excellent, and clients include an array of large, well-known PLCs.
The firm deal with:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Shareholder & Joint Ventures
- Advising on LLP's and Partenerships
- Investments and financing
- Governance
The work will encompass a broad range of corporate transactional work working closely with the Head of Corporate and 4 other Solicitors in Oxford.
