They are seeking an experienced employment solicitor to advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These matters include:

Advocacy in employment tribunals
*
Preparing for employment tribunal cases
*
Corporate support work (e.g. advice on TUPE; advising on indemnities and warranties; due diligence reports)
*
Drafting contracts, policies and procedures
*
General advice (e.g. disciplinary investigations; grievance procedures; redundancy programmes; flexible working; maternity and paternity rights)
