Job Description
As the Senior Global Shopper Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the acceleration of Speedo's retail presence in priority markets and key customer segments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the consistent delivery of our premium global retail visual standards and identity, driving brand efficiency, and fostering emotional connections with our shoppers across various touchpoints. We want to transform and elevate the Swim Category and seen as the leaders in retail.

The role you'd play.
- Manage and lead the development and rollout of retail concepts through working with a retail design agency and ensuring consistency across our global network.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, championing their needs and preferences within the organisation.
- Collaborating with internal regional teams and commercial partners to drive retail activation and support sales initiatives.
- Developing compelling marketing plans and assets to inspire and excite our consumers.
- Ensuring all retail activations reflect Speedo's brand values and resonate with our target audience.
- Building relationships and working closely with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of House of Speedo.
- Deliver insight and input to support the creation of retail assets.
- Previous experience in retail marketing, ideally within the apparel or sports industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external agencies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset, capable of translating brand vision into actionable retail strategies.
- A passion for driving brand growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
