Your new company

You'll be working for a fast paced, ever evolving financial services firm, specialising in trading commodities. Based in their offices in Victoria, London 3 days a week.

HR has an important place in this organisation, always being at the heart of business growth and decisions. Working in a HRBP team consisting of 5 people, and a wider COE team of 30 HR professionals (Reward, Talent, Employee relations etc )

Your new role

Aligned to the CFO office with over 200 HC mainly in the UK, but some population in Paris. You will have 35 managers in your client group, all facing different people challenges that require specialist guidance and support. You will have a focus on progressive HR projects such as talent development and ED&I.

Creating talent management and succession plans
Employee relations, resolution and mitigation
Designing and delivering HR projects
Drive alignment been HR strategy and company goals
Change management process
Learning and development strategy

What you'll need to succeed

You will be someone who values internal relations and brings importance to adding commercial value to your stakeholders. This is an ideal role who enjoys getting under the skin of the business and can create wide lens strategies. Proactive will be your approach to work.

Financial services background in recent years is essential
Ability to showcase how you've implemented projects, delivered and outcomes
Good tenure in previous roles, showcasing how you are able to build stakeholder relationships over the years
Examples of how you've been able to gain trust and effective internal relationships
Background of working in group/COE/matrix organisational structures
Broad experience in both strategic and operational HR
Experience of working with Workday would be preferential
Understanding of employment law
Not essential but useful if you've supported France or speak French
