- Provide IP support to the company with new product launches and IP queries.
- Review regulatory and patent landscape of products and identify opportunities
- Conduct the IP review of new product launches (NPL) to ensure freedom-to-operate
- Conduct IP due diligence evaluations of in-licensed products
- Provide support in building and implementing IP strategies. Liaise with external counsels and lawyers in litigation strategies.
- Drafting and filing of oppositions. Liaise with external attorneys’ oppositions managed by them.
- Prosecution of Company European patent applications at the European Patent Office (EPO).
- Monitor competitors’ launches, dossiers registrations and IP strategies.
- Support the maintenance of internal Patent database and trackers.
- Perform basic IP trainings to new employees and product-specific IP sessions to NPL and Portfolio teams.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of European Patent Law; partially or fully Qualified European Patent Attorney
- Experience in similar position in pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of EU regulation on medicinal products
- Ability to support Company’s internal teams with valuable and clear data analysis.

- Experience of working independently and as a part of a team
