Senior IT Application Analyst - Permanent - Fully remote - £40k per annum A new exciting permanent IT Application Analyst has become available for Reed Technology, Hatfield branch. This will be working with a leading public sector, support and advisory to children and family organisation. They are looking for a leading technology individual to help continually drive third party relationships and as well support on leading all internal applications. You must have direct experience working on a variety of IT applications and systems. Any particular Cloud, Microsoft Azure experience will be an advantage. This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Application Support Analyst looking to progress their career to take on further responsibilities and have the opportunity to gain exposure to architectural concepts, principles. ·Key Experience required: Experience of working with external service providers Knowledge and experience of Microsoft solutions, including Azure and Power Automate Understanding and experience of database design and development, reporting tools and languages including SQL Demonstrable experience in one or more IT disciplines (such as technical architecture, application development or information/business analysis) Support to Achieve Effective Service Delivery Understanding of a wide range of IT services and their inter-relationship Experience of analysing business problems and recommending technological solutions Understanding of application design and architecture Able to translate business requirements into technical specifications Able to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences Self-motivated, organised and able to plan and prioritise effectively, to manage and deliver competing deadlines Service Effectiveness Excellent analytical and technical skills Knowledge of information security and cyber security principles and legislative frameworks Able to challenge, influence and persuade, interacting with internal customers, third parties and partners in a confident and professional manner Effective written and oral communications skills with the ability to relate to a wide variety of different audiences Experience of working with highly confidential and sensitive, personal data within legislative and organisational policy boundaries Desirable: Degree level IT qualification highly desirable Microsoft Expert Level Certification, MCSE or equivalent IT qualification or experience Benefits: Health and wellbeing support 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
