Our client is a FTSE 30 Multi-national who own numerous world renowned brands. They are looking for an IT lawyer to join their growing team in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support on IT-related matters, including software licensing agreements, data privacy compliance, cybersecurity, intellectual property rights, and technology transactions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Lead on global IT projects
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor of England and Wales with significant experience in the IT field.
- Proven track record of advising on IT-related legal matters within a corporate or law firm environment.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
