Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd line support engineer looking to take the next step in their career and hit the ground running in a successful and rapidly expanding IT company in Letchworth Garden City.
Role and Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point
Potential for onsite client visits
Oversee the support functions of the business
Help design and implement IT projects
Manging the company's networks/infrastructure
O365 migrations
Skills
3+ years in an IT Support role
Full Driving licence and access to own car
Azure
Virtualisation
Networking - Firewalls, Switches, Routers etc
Windows servers
MS365 platforms and migrations
Apple technologies (Desirable)
