Description Senior Lettings Negotiator - Catford

Salary: £22,000 plus commission £30k - £35k
Working Hours: Full time 5 days per week, 9.00am to 6.30pm, working most Saturdays (to 4.30pm)

DUTIES
- Sourcing new business
- Working to both individual and teamtargets
- Working to develop professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
- Canvassing andmarketing
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
- Negotiating terms & closingdeals
- Carrying out valuation & MarketAppraisals
- Business Development / New Business LeadGeneration
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Ambitious individual looking to make their first careerstep
- Pro-active, flexible andconfident
- Excellent salesability
- Self motivated
- A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole.
- Minimum 2 years’ experiencelocally.
