My highly successful international boutique consultancy client is looking for a Senior Manager/Director level management consultant to join their growing Transportation, Logistics and infrastructure performance improvement team.
This Logistics & Transportation team works with healthy or under-performing companies across a variety of high impact situations. They play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the intricacies of supply chains, transportation, and infrastructure management. They enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable growth for their clients. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly growing team that are servicing clients in a dynamic and challenging market. You will need an excellent level of education for this role along with experience of management consultancy (this is essential) and also preferably industry. You will need a track record of success in logistics, transportation, or infrastructure-related clients/roles to be right for this position. In addition to Management Consultancy, you need delivery experience and project leadership in operational improvement including but not limited to:
- Target operating model and organisational design.
- Goods in/Goods out supply chain PE and investment lifecycle experience.
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills along with strong financial literacy and modeling. Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation-oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams. Deep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to team leaders and clients. Expertise in and passion for the logistics and transportation industry and a contributor to/participant in industry events/conferences.
This role offers excellent prospects as it’s part of a growing (busy) team, there is a single P&L, no audit channel, and no sales target with this role. For this Senior Manager/Director role, they are offering a base salary up to £150,000 + extensive benefits + very competitive bonus.
