Tax and Treasury Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with top 10 accountancy and advisory firm to help recruit for a senior manager to join their award-winning private equity team, based in London.
Would you like to work with disruptive tech start-ups and multi-billion-dollar entities? As a successful candidate you will work closely with these clients, becoming their trusted advisor and counsel overseeing their tax affairs. As a Senior Manager your focus will be to build new relationships whilst also developing existing relationships. Your key responsibilities will be devising tax strategies as well as tax compliance and tax reporting work for your clients, fund structuring and ad hoc advisory work for a range of mainly middle market private equity funds.
Requirements
- Qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with demonstrable post-qualified experience. Experience of involvement in and dealing with complex tax advisory projects. Ability to manage a client portfolio. Involvement in business development activities with new and/or existing clients.
