Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and implement network solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Contribute to network build and capacity management for optimal operation.
- Manage and resolve complex network incidents within defined SLAs.
- Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and technical partners.
- Mentor mid-level and graduate engineers to support their professional development.
Required Skills:
- Telecoms or Alt-Net background
- Expertise in Passive Optical Network Technologies (GPON/XGS-PON)
- Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 routing and switching protocols (BGP/OSPF/ISIS/STP/Q-in-Q,Storm control)
- Experience in network design (HLD/LLD)
- Firewalling experience
Nice-to-haves:
- CCNP/JNCIS certification
- Automation experience (Python/Ansible)
- Familiarity with network monitoring systems (e.g., SolarWinds, Librenms, Grafana, PRTG)
