Our client is a leading PR agency based in a beautiful central London office. In this fantastic role, you will be working with well-known global clients on a range of channels. This is a brilliant opportunity to take a step up, manage junior members of staff and produce brilliant PR campaigns.
What will this role include?
- Responding to client briefs. Ensuring you delve under the surface to gain full clarity on client goals and challenges;
- Establishing the best route of communication with clients to ensure a trusting relationship is built. You'll become their point of contact for questions, advice and updates;
- Taking a proactive approach to problem solving, addressing client challenges and an awareness of when things need escalating.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell extra services to clients in order to generate revenue opportunities;
- Becoming a mentor to junior staff members; teaching on key skills (time management, industry knowledge, client liaison, creative thinking etc...) and hosting regular teaching sessions;
- Continually developing your pipeline of new business and potential up-sell opportunities, aiming for maximum revenue generation;
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- 2-3 years' experience working within PR;
- Incredibly personable, who enjoys liaising directly with clients, external stakeholders and team socials.
- Acute attention to detail and willingness for continual learning/development.
- An awareness of channels such as TV, Radio or AV.
