About the role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will manage a small caseload of complex work, using person-centered practice principles to assess, support plan, and review.
Proactively participating in the leadership team you will be part of a supportive, evolving, and multi-disciplinary team, developing a service that puts the customer at the centre of everything we do. This role is based in Bourne Hill, Salisbury, and covers the South of the county.
About you
You will have 3 years post qualification experience in a social care setting and have extensive professional development since qualifying and being qualified to a DipSW level or equivalent and registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
