With one of the leading private client teams in Lancashire, Farleys Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity for a senior private client solicitor to join our regional team and play a part in the continued success of our firm.

The successful candidate will have solid experience across a wide range of private client matters and the ability to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work as part of a wider team delivering exceptional client experience and play a part in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified, practising solicitor, with a strong level of PQE (upwards of 7 years)
  • Have experience of dealing with probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, court of protection, and lasting powers of attorney matters
  • Experience of working with high-net-worth clients
  • Be organised, with a great work ethic and prepared to work within a busy department
  • Have experience of team management and supervising junior team members
