Viasat’s Corporate Office aims to leverage the groups scale to sustainably improve our operational efficiency. Global Procurement is key in achieving this aim.

Procurement focuses on areas where the most value can be achieved by taking a balanced risk based approach to projects; implementing fit for purpose policies and processes and then managing suppliers and relationships to get the most out of them.
