Evoke Staffing are looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to their team in South Ockendon, Essex.

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + fantastic commission scheme.

Location: South Ockendon, Essex

Based across the South of the UK, covering a vast geographical area, we have gained years of knowledge and understanding when it comes to the ever evolving Industrial and Logistics industries. Working in partnership with market leading brands, we have taken the time to understand what our clients are really looking for when it comes to hiring their temporary workforce.

We are now looking to add an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to the team in South Ockendon from our newly refurbished office. The successful candidate will come from a Temporary recruitment background (any industry considered) having proven working relationships with clients and candidates alike.


Role requirements:


  • Reporting directly into the Managing Director and working along-side and in conjunction with other team members.
  • Raise the profile of both the Temporary department, and the branch, through education and promotional activities.
  • Identifying local & national opportunities through networking with both current clients and prospects.
  • Fulfil scheduled placements and maintain revenue streams in accordance with specified SLA’s.
  • Maintain and develop client-business relationships through service visits and regular reviews.
  • Build relationships with clients based on trust and value.
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and resolve any outstanding issues within the specified SLA.
  • Keeping a healthy candidate availability list at all times.
  • Implement and run successful recruitment campaigns to attract the highest quality of candidates.
  • React to incoming branch business, ensuring the clients requirements are fulfilled to the highest level.


Skill Set:


  • Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential clients via phone, email and face to face.
  • Highly developed all round interpersonal skills.
  • Proven temporary recruitment experience.
  • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
  • Conscientious and driven desire to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise, as necessary.
