Your purpose:
- Screening and interacting with candidates around the world
- Understand and implement the recruitment strategy of Phaidon International
- Arranging and handling interviews
- Develop your professional network, becoming a go-to talent resource within your region
- Utilize our database, LinkedIn, Referrals & other recruitment channels in Asia to attract top-level industry talent
We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter who:
- Is a Motivated individual with a big passion for finding the best talents for Phaidon International
- Has a great ability to learn fast and continuously improve
- If you're a previous 360 Recruiter or have current experience within Talent Acquisition then you'd be a great fit for our team
