The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be:
- and developing new business
- AVA Energy services to potential clients
- sourcing via job boards
- screening by phone, video, or in-person
- set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
- 3 years’ experience and success in recruitment
- Track billing record in and knowledge of the Energy sector
- Natural mentor and leader
- Communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and target driven
