An integral role in the retail marketing team, you will lead on the brand's in-store retail activation and global visual merchandising standards, ready to transform the brand as leaders in retail.

Responsibilities -
- Manage and lead the rollout of in-store retail concepts, working closely with a retail design agency
- Acting as the voice of the shopper; assessing their needs and preferences for the brand
- Working with the regional teams to drive retail activation
- Develop fresh marketing plans to inspire and excite customers
- Ensuring all retail activations reflect the brand values and resonate with their target audience
- Building relationships with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of the retail roll out
Experience -
- Previous experience in off-line retail marketing
- Ideally experience working with retail design agencies
- Visual merchandising and proven retail activation
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A strategic mindset and a passion for driving brand growth
