Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary Range: £30,000 (Annual Salary, Depending on Experience)

OTE (On-Target Earnings): £37,000 - £90,000+ (Realistic OTE)

Your Role

  • Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage, quote, and conclude inbound finance inquiries.
  • New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities to increase Love Finance's clientele and presence in the market.
  • Strategic Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive business, marketing, and sales strategies to achieve divisional goals.
  • Enhancing Brand Visibility: Elevate Love Finance's market presence through professional networking and targeted promotional activities.
  • Upholding Operational Excellence: Adhere to operational standards and credit criteria, employing measures to prevent fraud and mitigate risks.
  • Compliance Mastery: Ensure full adherence to lending and regulatory guidelines.


Success Metrics

  • Revenue Enhancement: Drive income growth from both existing and new accounts, as measured by Fees Income and Volumes.
  • Business Exploration: Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Meeting KPIs: Fulfil Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the Sales Director.
  • Effective Cross-Selling: Meet cross-sales objectives across all product categories.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the Sales division's success.
