Harris Hill are working with a Christian charity to help them recruit a new Senior Sales Account Manager. The successful candidate will need to generate a high level of income from new and existing clients and build strong relationships with strategically important clients and agencies.

LOCATION: Home and London Office (EC4R)
HOURS OF WORK: 35 per week
CONTRACT: Permanent
REPORTING TO: Commercial Director
SALARY: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum plus Uncapped commission
Key responsibilities
- Manages and grows relationships with strategically important and high-value clients, including agencies, ensuring income generation and achievement of targets is the end result
- Uses the full width of Premier's media platforms to identify selling opportunities including sponsorships, promotions, and events, building strong relationships at all levels within Premier, both internally and externally
- Generates high levels of income from new and existing clients and consistently exceeds agreed targets and goals. Has a strong focus on new business generation
- Uses our CRM to manage the sales pipeline to the close
- Ensures high levels of client retention by delivering high levels of customer service, constantly exceeding client expectations
- Develops cross-platform media campaign solutions (radio, digital, events, print) that address client needs while coordinating the support of other departments to ensure the highest standards of delivery (e.g., content teams/marketing)
- Creates structured written commercial proposals with the ability to confidently present and pitch to clients in one-to-one and team settings
- Uses networking skills to build and nurture long-standing commercial relationships
- Plays a key role in researching clients, markets, and competitors to support new business growth objectives
Person specification
- Experience in a senior sales role
- Experience in radio, print, events, or sponsorships selling
- Experience in using CRM platforms
- Proven track record of sales achievement in a fast-paced media environment
