Senior Service Desk Analyst

Harvey Nash has been engaged by a market-leading organisation to recruit a Senior Service Desk Analyst within their head office in Leeds.

You will be responsible for providing both remote and desk side support installs and maintaining a range of different technologies.

The role:

* Experience working within an IT Support Function
* Experience with Microsoft Technology / AD / Exchange etc / SCCM
* Working pro-actively with the team to effectively manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
* Identifying and troubleshooting hardware & software issues
* Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with issues
* Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Talking users through setting up systems or resolving issues, face to face or on the telephone
* Supporting the roll-out of new equipment and applications
* Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
