Senior Full-Stack Developer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for full stack developer to join our team and help to shape our clients’ digital strategies.
The role:
As a senior full-stack developer, you’ll be a key player in delivering our application and technology development services, leading the implementation of innovative solutions across our key client accounts.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the solutions we deliver, contributing at every stage of the project lifecycle—from solution design and estimation to implementation and launch.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a vibrant, established development team, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions for industry leaders.
Our clients’ requirements are varied, so you will be able to contribute to projects that may be web applications, products or services and work with cloud-based solutions, ERP, and CRM systems.
Alongside encouraging you to take ownership of the creation and delivery of builds, you'll also have the support of our development, design, and project management teams to ensure the projects you are delivering are top-tier.

Skills and experience you will bring:
We appreciate every technical environment looks different. Here, we use PHP and its modern frameworks for development and design and manage infrastructures in AWS.
You might not have everything on the list, but if you have experience in our core environment and other transferrable technologies, we still encourage you to apply.
Technical Expertise:
- A relevant degree in Computer Science or demonstrable industry experience.
- Proficient in modern PHP 7+ development, MVC/CMS frameworks such as Laravel, Sulu, Symphony
- Strong understanding of Front-end Frameworks, ideally React or Vue, CSS frameworks, ideally Bootstrap, Tailwind. Comfortable working in Pre-Processors like SASS and experienced in Front-end tools/compilers
- Experience with database management (MySQL, Aurora, AWS RDS configuration), git source control, and web server configuration (Apache, Nginx).
- Familiarity with Docker for development environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure and Cloud Services:
- Experience designing and managing infrastructure in AWS, focusing on EC2, ALB, RDS, S3.
- Comfortable with IdP and SSO solutions (e.g., Okta, Gigya) and adhering to Info Sec policies and best practices.
Our delivery teams are cross functional so it’s important you are a keen collaborator and happy to work directly with UX or Product teams (both in house and client side) to support project deliverables.
