Fawkes and Reece are currently working with UK leading fit out company, which aim to deliver projects across a wide range of sectors. They are heavily involved in the education, justice and health environments and also provide design and build capabilities. Over 120 years of experience within the construction and engineering sector, which includes a large number of long standing employees.
Due to an additional workload being secure for 2023 and beyond, they will be looking to recruit a Senior Technical Services Manager to work on schools, prisons and health care projects. The role will include a lot of Post and Pre Construction activities, involving both sides of Mechanical and Electrical aspects. MEP packages would range from 500k to 25m and most projects will be running for at least 3 years.
The successful candidate will report into the Regional Operations Director, and you will be expected to grow the MEP team for the future. Ideally the client is looking for someone that is an experienced MEP individual, a good tam player and someone that is able to work across multiple projects.
