A well established multi disciplinary consultancy are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them at Senior/Associate level.

The company have multiple offices, within London and the South East, that are expanding due to development and acquisition. Throughout the offices there is a focus on Resi (Social Housing), Education, Leisure and Commercial projects.
Internally, growth and development are something that the company look for - It's not just the business they want to make bigger and better! Several of the surveying team have been with the company for over 10 years, not only developing their own skills and qualifications but those of the more junior members of the team.
This is a 'specialist' Building Surveying role with a clear focus on public sector projects in Resi and Education. To be eligible for this role you must be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/MCIOB) ideally with clear experience in Social Housing Projects. Additionally, you must be self-motivated with a strong knowledge of main Building Surveying activities. Finally, you will need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.
In exchange for this there is a salary of up to £75k + benefits.
