We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer service delivery coordinator to join a renowned energy supplier in Bury. You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, you’ll receive a starting salary of £23,000-£27,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
- Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
- Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
- Problem-solving skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Computer literate with strong excel and outlook skills.
