As a shift engineer, you will be reporting to the Engineering Shift Manager and providing knowledgeable engineering support to keep production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring and overseeing the activities of the engineering team to ensure the completion of PPM and other equipment inspections Analysing ways to continuously improve processes to make them better, faster, and more efficient Acting as a senior point of contact for the engineering team for the shift managers Assisting with the strategic operation of the engineering team to ensure workload is prioritized accordinglyTo be considered, you must have the following qualifications and experience: A reputable engineering qualification
- minimum NVQ Level 3 Experience working in FMCG or highly regulated industry is highly desirable Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing-based engineering roleWhat's in it for you?
