Spencer & James are partnered with a leading Main Contractor delivering Property Services/ Housing Maintenance contracts for London Boroughs and Housing Association.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager, with Housing Maintenance/ Property Services or Refurb project experience, to join the team delivering FRA Works and Planned Maintenance contract in W.London, then moving over to East London.
Location: West London (Initially)
Contract & hours: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you'll be assisting on FRA & Refurbishment works to residential properties & blocks across West London, as part of our contract with London Boroughs and Housing Associations.
The work that is being carried out will are foccused on M&E and FRA refurbishment of social housing projects in the Borough.
Daily Duties:
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager and linking in with the wider team of Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated
- Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner
Experience & Qualification needed
To be successful as a Site Manager;
- You have experience in a site management role within the housing maintenance sector, residential mechanical & electrical refurbishment works
- You are qualified / certified in SMSTS, CSCS Black card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness
- You have experience in software such as Fieldview, Snagmaster and Microsoft Project, although training will be provided
