Site Manager required for a Management team delivering a 20m CAT B cut and calve refurbishment project near Covert Garden. Permanent oppotunity, 70 - 85k plus package .

About the business:
Our client is a multi faceted contractor, undertaking multiple projects requiring experienced delivery involving construction, refurbishment, fit out, Cat A and B, across multiple commercial sectors. Project values can be anything from 1m to 30m plus.
About the role:
As a Site Manager you will be reporting into the Project Manager and looking after your own sector of a 20m cut and calve project Teh project includes a full basement refurbishment , plant room, 2 floors convertion into office space and some work to the fcde of the building.
About you:
You will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Candidates will need to demonstrate a professional attitude focused on client satisfaction and project delivery
- Previous managerial experience and proven project delivery
- Tenacity to work under pressure and be at the forefront of key decision-making.
- Relevant industry qualifications eg. BSc / MCIOB
- CAT B experince
- 4 years of construction management experience.
