Job Description
am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 500,000 internal refurb project in North West London. The project goes live on the 6th of March and will consist of refurb and reconfiguration work within a hospital ward.
Key duties will be -
- Ability to lead a project upwards of 500,000
- Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short to medium term look ahead programmes and manage out
- Be able to lead on H&S
- Lead on subcontractor management
- Manage Q/A and Logistics
Essential experience needed -
- working within a hospital environment is necessary
- Refurb and Reconfiguration experience is necessary also
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
