Job Description
A leading residential developer known for their 5-star house builder status are looking to appoint a Site Manager to manage a traditional housing scheme in Kent.
This role would suit applicants that are from a Site Management background and have proven experience as a number one on multi-phased schemes with a residential developer or contractor.
A good working knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and associated legislation is required. Ideally, candidates will be HND/HNC qualified or degree educated in a construction related discipline.
