An Innovative Design and Build Fit Out contractor who are proving successful against their competitors is looking to add a capable Site Manager to their team to oversee a commercial fit out Project valued at 3m.
They have been established for over 20 years and delivered again and again for their clients, resulting in a successful and sustainable business model.
The Role
They have recently secured a Cat B Fit Out in the heart of Central London, you will be managing 2 projects in 1 building, total value 3m. Someone with experience managing Cat B D&B projects is essential. For the right candidate their is a good pipeline of work in and around London, which could result in a temp to perm option.
This is a Design and Build Project so this experience would be preferred
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:-
Manage the project day to day overseeing the site operations from inception to completion
Execute site safety and risk analysis work practices
Ensure material requisitions are placed in a timely manner
Work closely with the contractors to deliver the project on time and in budget
Attend Design Team Meetings as required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
SMSTS
Black CSCS
First Aid tickets
Must have experience working on D&B commercial fit out projects
Strong M&E knowledge
A good work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to hit the ground running
