Site Manager - (Facades & Cladding) needed in Hendon

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in Facades & Cladding to join our team for the Hendon Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Facades & Cladding work on site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all Facades & Cladding activities on site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Supervise and direct subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure work is carried out to specification
- Monitor progress and report on project milestones to senior management
- Liaise with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and safety documentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager with a focus on Facades & Cladding
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Full 3 days first aid certification
- Proven track record of managing construction projects efficiently and effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
