Octago Group are currently seeking an experienced New Build Site Manager for a Residential project for an April start in theThamesmead, area.
- Ideally, the Site Manager will have a minimum of 5 years on site within the Residential Industry
- Previous experience working on large scale New Build residential projects is essential.
- Ability to manage sub-contractors, driving workforce as well as provide toolbox talks, site inductions, labour hire etc
- Previous experience with water works would be beneficial
- Work closely alongside the H&S team to ensure this is kept at a premium at all times
- Compile progress reports and attend progress meetings
- SMSTS, First Aid & Black CSCS Card essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport also essential
