Current requirement for a Site Manager to work nightshifts from Monday to Friday, this requirement will be working for a Top Contractor who are carrying out internal refurbishment works to a local Hospital located within the London Borough of Islington.Duties & Responsibilities;* To ensure that the construction operation is managed to deliver, build on time, defect free, within cost parameters, safely and to customer satisfaction.* Overseeing the build process.* Management of project programmes,* To manage the daily activities of the appointed Sub-Contractors in respect Of Health and Safety, Quality and programme.* Lead weekly progress meetings and producing the required timeline of works / action points.* Subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant.* Control of subcontractors and directly employed labour.* Liaison with the Client.* Review of ongoing works with a view to highlight potential defects.* Ensure all contractors work to issued drawings, company specification and trade conditions/scope of works.* Ensure regular inspection of each area of the project and snagging sheets completed and issued to relevant trades.* Carry out random property inspections to ensure quality standards are being maintained.Essential Criteria* CSCS* SMSTS* First Aid* Flexibility to work nights.* Shift Pattern would be a 12 Hour Shift from 6AM to 6PM (Flexibility if required)
