Hunter Masons client is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager working within Schools in Wanstead, East London.
Please note you MUST be DBS Checked for this role.
The ideal Candidate:
- Will have experience in construction working within schools
- Be very Health & Safety aware and have a passion for it
- Have a good client facing attitude, as you will be regularly attending client meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on construction projects, managing all aspects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective planning and coordination of all project activities.
- Act as a role model for safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to project specifications
- Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
Salary - 40-50k Dependent on Experience
