Hybrid Role, Office in Hertford (SG13 7GX)
4 days in HQ, Wednesdays Remote.

Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Influencer Executive to take on the role of managing our Social Media Calendar and Content Creator Programme. You will be in charge of creating and scheduling engaging content for our two main social channels, Instagram and Tik Tok. You will schedule according to our Seasonal Calendar, involving brand campaigns, user-generated content, product launches, supporting campaigns and additional trend and lifestyle content. Alongside social media, you will be heavily involved in managing our Content Creator Programme. This programme see’s us work with influencers and content creators each month to create UGC content for our social media channels. You will be in charge of sourcing creators, sending monthly decks and being the point of call for all influencers. This role heavily involves fostering relationships, coordinating campaigns and ensuring the success of our social media channels in alignment with our brand objectives.

Expectations:
- Proven 2 year experience in social media management, influencer marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
