Social Media + Content Manager
Cano Water is looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join its rapidly growing business. You will be a creative thinker and self-starter, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, social media and growth-driving content. You will have 3+ years working in social, managing multiple platforms and creative with a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a social content calendar for Cano Water, with on-brand content
- Develop and manage our social media strategy, increasing follower growth and engagement on Cano Water’s social channels and LinkedIn
- Lead our paid content across key social channels
- Monitor all social media campaigns, track and present performance and insights
- Stay up to date with, and share where relevant, the latest social media trends and technologies, including researching and analysing trends and opportunities to grow reach
- Find and brief content creators and influencers
- Work closely with sales team to boost Cano Water presence on Linkedin
- Lead content and delivery of CRM to Cano Water customers + consumer database
- Lead content gathering and placement at events
- Work closely with PR agency to maximise brand share of voice, and earned media
About You
- A self-starter and growth mindset
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media and content
- Strong copywriting skills
- Platform experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Endless creativity and curiosity – we constantly try and go against the grain, so if you like normal, we’re not for you!
- Proven ability to increase engagement and social growth
- Confident with content creation, showcasing creative flare
- Ability with video and photo editing for social content
- Experience with social reporting and analytics
- Confident in finding talented social creators, briefing and reviewing creative
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Hybrid
Salary per Annum: £40,000 (Dependent on experience)
