I am currently looking for an ambitious individual who is passionate about Social Media. Not just passionate because your job tells you to be but somebody who really understands the importance of Social Media, how to stay on top of trends and can be known as a Social Media expert in the right circles.
If you are currently working in an integrated agency and don't have the chance to get involved in the creative side of content creation and you want to OR you are expected to actively be involved in end-to-end social media strategy but aren't rewarded or promoted for it, this role is for you...

My client, a creative agency, set up their business around 5 years ago and 2024 is the year of expansion. The way they differ from other agencies in the space; their personality and their relationship building. Working with some high end luxury names and boasting some of the best office spaces and team socials, this is a company for the right individual to really map out their career while having fun.
About the role...
You will be involved in all aspects of social media from ideation, planning, creation, implementation and analysis.
You will be leaning in closely to other members of the team in client services / creative to ensure the work you need to complete for your client is done in an effective and timely manner but you will also be a valued voice within the team when it comes to opinions on ways of working in the wider project eg) digital.
A significant amount of this role will involved account management / client communications so we are looking for somebody who is an effective communicator and confident to present ideas, timelines, results and analysis to clients where needed - working closely with an account manager.
Lastly and most importantly, you will be hands on with your Social Media approach - scheduling posts, caption generation, photographing where needed and giving creative direction in videography.
About you...
We are looking for somebody who is creative and ambitious, somebody who doesn't take themselves too seriously and can work seamlessly with other individuals in a close-knit team setting. You will have a passion for social media and always be ahead of the curve with social media trends. In previous roles, you will have demonstrated working across all social media platforms in both an organic and paid capacity. You don't mind taking full projects on your own, directing the creative positioning of campaigns and understanding how social media will fit into that. You will want to work within an agency that is as successful as it is fun and vibrant - somebody who will be proud to work for this agency and be the face of their social media offering in years to come.
Please note, due to the location of my clients office (North of Leeds City Centre) and expected work commitments - you must have a full UK drivers licence and access to your own vehicle for this role as you will also be expected to go on site / projects when needed and that may not always be with another colleague.
