Harmonic is excited to be working with a brand focused emerging sector leader in quick service salads and bowls who are currently looking for a HR Manager.
This scaleup uses an exciting concept making healthy, sustainable, and plant-focused food accessible and convenient for people who are looking for a fresh quality organic and ethical meal option. The company’s ethos is to create a balanced lifestyle with food being at the core, using local sourced ingredients, encouraging tasty vegan and vegetarian options and working with talented chefs to curate menus.
This is a unique opportunity be part of an amazing company that is going through a growth phase bringing with it huge development opportunities. They are looking to add around 10 sites in the next 15 months in and around London to add to their list of restaurants. With a brand-new HQ, this company is investing heavily into making the brand the best option for a healthy meal.

The Role:
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companies social media vibe and vibe.
Working directly with the co-founder and the Brand Manager, this is a very exciting role for someone who loves Tik Tok, Reels and looking to think of new innovative ways to get the companies ethos and product into the world.
There is an opportunity here to grow with an exciting brand and plans to grow out the team in the coming years with you at its head.
Duties:
- Creating engaging and vibrant content for all of our social platforms, understanding current trends and reacting accordingly
- Support our Marketing Manager with planning and implementation of social media strategy to align with business goals
- Scheduling and organising content and copy across all social platforms
- Community Management across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook
- Run social media reporting and ROI analysis on social campaigns, determining the efficacy of campaigns
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
- Act as the main marketing contact to the stores providing solid communication and support as necessary (activations, brand partnerships, customer experience, press, influencers)
- Running paid ads across marketing platforms
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Monitors and develops reports on relevant fast-casual activity within social media spaces
- Supporting with PR and activations across sites
- Supporting marketing manager with marketing and brand activations
What our client would like to see (Essential Experience):
- 1-2 years’ experience in a HR role.
- Creative and bold.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and Canva (Beginner level desired but not required)
- Self starter and go-getter
What we would like to see (Non-Essential Experience):
- Startup experience.
- Food & beverage/hospitality experience.
