ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Social Media Marketing Executive within Dole UK Foodservice, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns and strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and grow our social media following
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and curate engaging content (including copy, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring it is consistent with our brand voice and tone
- Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Provide regular reports and analysis of social media performance to the management team
- Web site content and minor updates
- Internal electronic staff communications through interactive screens in the depots
- There will be a need to visit suppliers, customers and partners to create content
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in social media management and executing successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging social media content
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant subject
