The Role – Social Media Marketing Executive This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Brand & Marketing Manager in executing the social media strategy, through delivery and content across all the social channels. This position could incorporate broader marketing responsibilities as the role becomes more established. Key Responsibilities:

• Creating content which is engaging to share across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Create and maintain strong community relationships on social media
• Developing creative copy that is professional, engaging and astute
• Video/Photo production and editing (Canva)
• Managing the content calendar and creative campaigns (SproutSocial)
• Attending events to support the creation of social media content
• Support with their website CMS
• Create and maintain strong community relationships on social media

About You – Social Media Marketing Executive The ideal candidate will be motivated by social media, happy to get stuck in with a can-do attitude and generate new ideas.

• Minimum 2 years experience with a social media focus
• Ideally B2B experience (agency, social enterprise, non-for-profit, legal)
• Personal and professional interest in social media
• Professional approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using content calendar and design tools

As this is a newly created position, they are open to hearing any ideas you may bring to this role, this includes the future prospect of creating a TikTok channel and how this could be most utilised in their industry! This position offers remote working, however, you would need to be able to get to London occasionally to attend key events (up to 10 per year)! This role would be commutable from Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire
