Software Applications Support Specialist
Bristol (In Office not negotiable)
£35,000 - £40,000
The client is very established bespoke software provider with over 40 years in business. Over this time they have built up an international base of over 12,000 clients.
As a Applications Support Specialist you will:
Support UK and international customers with quires on how to use the software applications.
Remoting on to users machines to fix issues and install software
Escalate issues to the Development team
Cataloguing problems encountered for continuous improvement
Applications Support Specialist Skills & Experience:
Solid technical understanding at 2nd line level
Good customer support skills
Software Application support background
Ability to learn on their own
Experience using TeamViewer or other remote control software
Excellent English Language skills and ability to create reports to high standard
