Job Description
Are you an experienced Software Engineer using Python and seeking a new opportunity? Are you looking to work within a Scientific Environment?
Reqiva are working with a client in the Oxfordshire area looking for a Software Engineer to join their team. You'll be working on multiple platforms and use a wide variety of technologies to empower customers with detailed understanding of their greenhouse gas emissions.
The salary for the Software Engineer is between £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. This will be a hybrid opportunity.
The Software Engineer will have the following:
- Be proficient using Python on Linux
- Experience with SQL databases
- 2 years commercial development experience
- Computer Science Degree or STEM Degree
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a team
- Be proficient using Numpy and Pandas
- DevOps experience using Azure
- Experience with C, C++ and Docker
