Software Support Engineer- B2B AI Company - Hybrid Working - Nottinhgam - £40K My client, who specialises in Medical and Automotive AI Technology, is looking for a tech-savvy client facing individual to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who loves to solve technical issues and communicates well with clients to understands their needs. The ideal candidate will ideally have 2+ years' experience in a similar position and enjoy continuous learning to develop their skills. The role: Liaising with clients throughout the software installation process Helping to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during software integrations Keeping up to date with technologies Full training provided with industry leaders to fully understand the product and software that is being used to build the product Contribute and share your ideas on how to improve products Regularly participating in meetings with the software development team where new features are added. We are looking for the following skills: Client, stakeholder and director communication Able to troubleshoot and solve problems An understanding of software installations and integrations Knowledge of software development strategies, architectures and lifecycles Be able to support clients in technical escalations visa live chat, ticketing, on the phone or video chats.
