This is a key client facing role, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial contracting and procurement mandates, under the guidance and leadership of ALT Corporate’s management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of ALT’s commercial contracting and procurement work.
Supervising, mentoring and quality controlling the work of Legal Analysts in the ALT Corporate team.
Acting as a key client contact (for external and internal clients).
Exploring and challenging how legal technology and process can drive efficiencies for HSF and our clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Been admitted to practice in Australia and hold a current unrestricted practicing certificate.
At least 2 years of commercial contracting and/or procurement experience.
Experience working at one or more of the following is highly desirable:
Procurement team at a Big 4 professional services firm.
Commercial/TMT team at an international or national law firm.
In-house legal team, focussing on commercial contracts and/or procurement.
Corporate / procurement team at an Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP).
